How to get started:

Step One: A health and fitness consultation to review your health history, know more about you, discuss your requirements and establish goals.

Step Two: After your consultation and analysis, and you have signed up for a fitness package, then you will receive a nutritional health guide for a better body.

Step Three:  Your first session is a Fitness Test  to bench mark where your at with Speed, Agility, Quickness and Core strength and set up a schedule that fits your requirements for success. Thereafter, your flying!!
